Survey Description and Aim
Seribu Tujuan is a mental health organization in Indonesia that aims to increase accessibility to mental health information and care. SeribuTujuan.id is the first youth based mental health education internet-portal for Indonesia that is accessible through:
This freely accessible internet-portal provides resources in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, regarding general mental health, identifying risk factors, managing mental health and how to access mental healthcare in Indonesia. Internet-based mental health portals serve as a core resource for individuals searching for mental health information, especially for young adults in Indonesia. This is due to multiple barriers such as concerns with stigma, privacy, and accessibility.
This survey will evaluate SeribuTujuan.id in their implementation to provide mental health education through their internet-based portal.
This survey will take around 15-20 minutes and will be broken down to five parts as follows:
- Demographics and general information
Question items will include general information regarding you and also your view on mental health in general.
- Accessibility
Question items will explore the accessibility of content and use of the internet-based portal.
- User experience and behavior
Question items exploring your positive and negative experience on the inter-based portal regarding content and features.
- Acceptability
Question items will explore the acceptability, reliability, language appropriateness and cultural appropriateness of provided content and design of internet-based portal.
- Feedback
Overall feedback in your experience using the internet-based portal.
Through this survey, we are able to evaluate user activity, quality of intervention and identify possible strategies for improvement of SeribuTujuan.id to better increase access to quality mental health information for young adults in Indonesia.
